Biden Unveils American Families Plan; Proposes Tax Increases on Real Estate

In a 65 minute speech to a Joint Session of Congress, President Joe Biden proposed his American Families Plan, an “ambitious, once in a generation investment to rebuild the middle class and invest in America’s future,” through education, child care and family spending, and tax credits for low wage workers, children and dependents and healthcare costs.
