The Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) and its members across the commercial and multifamily lending and investing markets appreciate the opportunity to comment on S&P Global Ratings’ Request for Comment (RFC) on its reproposed methodology and assumptions for analyzing Insurer Risk-Based Capital Adequacy (“Reproposal”).
