CREFC LIBOR TO SOFR TRANSITION ALERT

After extensive effort, discussion, and revision by the IRP Committee, the CRE Finance Council formally adopted CREFC Investor Reporting Package™ (IRP™) Version 8.2 (SOFR) on July 31, 2021. IRP v8.2 is effective immediately, with first implementation/compliance set for the October 2021 reporting period.
