CREFC Publishes Third-Quarter 2020 CREFC Board of Governors’ Sentiment Index

The Third-Quarter 2020 CREFC Board of Governors’ Sentiment Index indicated a much more positive outlook for commercial and multifamily real estate finance with a reading of 100.6 compared to a low of 71.6 and 84.4 in the first and second quarters, respectively. CREFC’s quarterly sentiment Index is derived from the Board’s responses to 10 core questions related to the overall state of the CRE finance market.
