FinCEN Seeks Comments on New Beneficial Ownership Disclosures

On April 1, 2021, Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) released a list of questions as part of an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) to implement new Beneficial Ownership Disclosure requirements under the Corporate Transparency Act.
